Rates are a percentage of the fee the client pays, in AUD excluding GST. Free trials earn once the client converts to a paid plan. Full terms in the EAD Partner Agreement.

How is my commission paid?
You're paid monthly once the client pays us, with a clear statement of what you've earned. Ongoing services earn for the first 12 months; one-off work pays out on final payment.
How long is my referral protected?
Register the lead before you introduce them and it's protected for 90 days.
Do free trials earn commission?
Yes, once the client converts to a paid plan.
Do I still earn commission if I get the holiday reward?
Yes. The holiday reward is on top of your monthly partner commission.
What counts towards the 5 placements?
Placements from your registered partner referrals that stay continuously engaged and paid up for 36 months.
What if one of the staff members is replaced?
EAD guarantee replacements still count, so the placement keeps its place in your 3-year count.
Can I take the $5,000 as cash instead?
No. The reward is a Flight Centre gift card and isn't redeemable for cash. EAD may substitute a reward of equal value.
Can I earn more than one holiday?
There's one reward for every 5 qualifying placements.
